Is this program only for older people?
No. Preventive medicine is most effective when started early. We see patients from age 30 who want to optimize their health and prevent premature decline.
Do I need a medical prescription?
No prescription is required. Dr. Jean Garant (License 6522) will evaluate your case and determine which tests and treatments are appropriate for you.
Do you accept health insurance?
We currently operate as a private clinic. We provide detailed invoices that some insurance companies partially reimburse. Check with your insurer.
What happens during the first consultation?
We review your health history, discuss your goals, and recommend specific tests based on your situation. You'll leave with a clear understanding of next steps and expected outcomes.
Can I do this remotely or do I need to visit the clinic?
Initial consultations can be done via video call. For blood draws, we coordinate with local labs or you can visit our Marbella clinic. Follow-up consultations are typically remote.
